The report/claim number is a sequence of numbers and digits in the following configuration: CLMXXXXXX-XXXX. The report/claim number is provided in the e-mail/sms sent after submitting the report.

After the third failed attempt to log into the service, the account will be temporarily blocked. The account will be unblocked automatically after about an hour.
